Cooper Oil Contractors utilizes a Rover Program as an on-boarding tool with all experienced or green hat workers. This process ensures all employees health and safety is made priority on day 1. The Rover program is used mentor and coach all employees, this is also a tool used to evaluate each workers skill level and competency. The rover program is designed to ensure our company has a mixture of new and experienced workers within our workforce, ensures the availability of trained workers than can respond to a vacant position quickly, efficiently, and confidently. Rovers are sent out as a 6th member of a crew to evaluate and/or develop their skills. Keys benefits of this program include:
